Job Description:

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up standers cocktail, menu, and recipe.

Mix drinks, cocktails and responsibility with bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with resort.

Develop signature drinks.

Supervise bar department during operation hour.

Assess customer’s needs and preferences and make recommendations

Ability to Sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.

Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing Cocktails, Wine and Beverage.

Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Always keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean.

Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.

Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed.

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

Work in any area requiring additional staffing.

At all-time promote and follow legal responsibilities and requirement associated with responsible service alcohol.

Train and develop Team for product knowledge (Cocktails, Wine and Beverage) to ensure all Eri Hosts understand clearly about recipe and Bar menu.

Service

To be fully familiar with the Service Standards and to follow these standards of service as they apply to our F&B Department.

Follows Standards Operating Procedures at any time, in the outlet.

Follows the established service sequence.

Ensures that side stations are properly set up and maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

Completes all side work and duties assigned.

Completes opening and closing procedures as assigned.

Daily check to ensure that the back and side stations are properly set up and maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

To always provide courteous and professional service.

To have a complete understanding of the Resort’s team member’s handbook and to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Resort.

To always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene by adhering to the Grooming Policy.

Carry out any requests by management in conjunction with work.

Takes direction from Management regarding operational issues.

To maintain a high customer guest service focus.

To always provide customers with an enjoyable and memorable experience

Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality, creativity, range and value for money available throughout the property.

Maintains a high customer service focus through a “Can Do” & flexible attitude.

Cultivates guest relations and rapport.

Team and Develop

To contribute positively and providing both guests and fellow team-members with courteous, hassle-free service.

Fully aware of the objectives of the property and the department

To keep excellent relationships with team, peers, and all other colleagues of the resort.

To ensure punctuality, excellent grooming and hygiene.

Is aware of the F&B Department objectives.

General

Contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance the procedures in the Resort.

Keeping updated on changes to other areas of resort product and sharing such information with your team and department on an ongoing basis.

Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation.

Must be charismatic, entertaining and great interpersonal communication.

Must be able to connects with guests easily ad “create a show”.

Complying with Resort Safety & Environment policies, initiatives and legislation.

Abiding by all Workplace Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations always.

Abiding by the guidelines set out in the Eri Host Handbook.

Carrying out any other duties as directed by the department or the Resort Management.

Meet and attend to customer complaints satisfactorily.

Carry out on-the-job training to ensure subordinates can carry out the menu effectively.

To relieve in another outlet as required.

Responsible for all outlets drink menu, develop signature drink and special event menu when required.
