Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Engineering team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all buildings, plant, and machinery

• Ensure uninterrupted essential services, including power, water, sewage, and other systems

• Supervise repairs, maintenance works, and capital projects

• Manage subcontractors and technical service providers

• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations

• Monitor energy consumption and promote sustainability initiatives

• Develop and improve SOPs to enhance operational standards
