KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• § Attends departmental briefings and provides feedback and highlights challenges & opportunities to Supervisors/ Managers.

• Attends to all types of HVAC & R repair and maintenance work required of the resort amenities and equipment.

• Completes repairs as detailed in the repairs and maintenance requests.
• Works within the given time frames of the project requirements.

• Makes list of materials needed for the repair and reports to the Section head on work to be done.

• Carries out all work specified in work order forms quickly, accurately, skilfully, economically, efficiently and completely.

• Renders overtime or changes time schedules as the situation may require without delay.

• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Superior.
• Make sure that all standard procedures of maintenance are adhered
• § Updates preventive maintenance of amenities and equipment as required by the Superior.

• Checks that all facilities of the resort are in good shape and safe to use.

• Reports any HVAC & R issue and malfunctioning of equipment immediately to Supervisor for action.
• Immediately notify the Supervisor on duty of any unusual occurrences or observation with respect to all amenities, machinery and equipment.
